When you place an order with us for printing, advertising or ask us to design any work for you, we will provide you with proofs. These proofs enable you to check the progress of the work, ensure the text and images are correct and that you are happy to proceed to the next stage.
There are several options available for viewing and appoving your proofs.
We can set up a client area for you enabling you to view and approve proofs from anywhere with an internet connection. The client area also means approved proofs are entered into a job history so you can see what you have ordered and when. If this sounds of use to you please contact us for a demo.
For many customers an emailed proof is the most common. We will send you a PDF file, which you can view, print and save on your computer. Alternatively we can send you other formats if you prefer. You can approve your job by return email or over the phone.
We can send proofs to you by fax. Whilst the quality of a fax proof is not perfect it is often a quick and easy solution to proofing layouts and text changes. Faxed proofs are good for sending us amendments as you can mark the proofs and return them to us by fax.
We can provide full colour printed proofs of your job if required. These can be helpful to get a better idea of the finished size and colour of your job.
