We offer folders in standard A4+ and A5+ sizes, as these are the formats most commonly requested by businesses. However, interlocking folders can be designed and produced to virtually any size and capacity required.

When presenting an information pack, you need a folder that is large enough to hold all the relevant information while remaining compact and comfortable to handle. It should also accommodate any existing printed materials, helping you avoid the unnecessary cost and inconvenience of reprinting your current contents.

Capacity

How much information do you need to include in your folder? At Peppermint Print, we can produce interlocking folders with a range of different capacities to accommodate different quantities of information.

Choosing the correct capacity is important. Too much capacity and the contents may move around inside the folder, while too little capacity can make the folder look overcrowded and difficult to close.

As a simple guide, based on uncoated 90gsm paper, we would suggest:

• No capacity: up to approximately 20 sheets
• 3mm capacity: up to approximately 30 sheets
• 4mm capacity: up to approximately 40 sheets
• 5mm capacity: up to approximately 50 sheets
• 6mm capacity: up to approximately 60 sheets
• 10mm capacity: up to approximately 100 sheets

Quality Finishes

The front cover of a folder is often the first thing a potential client will see, so getting the design and finish right is important. We offer a range of existing templates that can be customised to suit your branding, or you can create your own bespoke design.

Our standard stock is 400gsm silk board, but we can also provide bespoke quotations for folders produced using uncoated or gloss-coated boards.

All folders can be gloss or matt laminated to improve durability and provide a high-quality finish. We can also provide spot UV finishes to add additional impact and a premium touch to your design.

The interlocking construction provides a practical alternative to glued folders, creating a strong and professional presentation folder without relying on adhesive to hold the pockets together.

Please Note

When submitting artwork, please send us two files. One with the artwork template visible and overlaid on your artwork, and another with the template removed, displaying your artwork only. We use the first document to check your files are accurate, and we will proof and print the second document.
