Soft centered board consists of a lightweight foam board, sandwiched between two layers of bright white smooth card. The board can be laminated either with a gloss or matt lamination to add impact and durability. The lightweight nature of this board makes it ideal for short term, temporary signs, POS and presentations. It can also be used for mounting photo prints and for framing. The spongy nature of the board however means that it is not suitable for medium to long term signage.
The foam centred board or Foamcore, that we use is a light weight 5mm or 10mm board with a soft polyurethane foam centre sandwiched between two white coated card layers. This material offers one of the lightest, low cost display materials for indoor, short term use and as well as being easy to carry, it can also be wall mounted or used as a light weight rigid display board for presentations, signage or exhibitions.
